This policy explains data processing on the landing page and in the current features of Shooter Ragdoll, a game in development. Future features such as accounts, chat, voice and purchases are not described as already available. We will update this page when our data practices change.

1. Who is responsible
CRIARFLIX is responsible for the data processing it carries out in operating Shooter Ragdoll and this website. For questions, support or requests about your data, contact ricardo@criarflix.com.br.
The game is in development. This policy distinguishes local combat from multiplayer tests and external services reached through links. The availability of each beta is described separately on the game page.
2. What data is processed
Website: the infrastructure receives and may log your IP address, date and time, requested page or file, request result, browser information and referring page when sent by your browser. These records help deliver content, diagnose failures and protect the service. The site has no registration form.
Local game: the prototype does not ask for your name, national identification number, phone number or an account. Local settings may be saved on your device, such as the server address entered for multiplayer tests. Development versions may also create local error and technical diagnostic files, including device and performance information.
Multiplayer tests: when you connect, the network infrastructure processes your IP address. Session identifiers, movement, position and character state are transmitted to synchronize the session; other participants receive the state needed to display the characters. The server logs technical events such as connections, disconnections and errors.
Contact: when you send an email or voluntarily participate on WhatsApp, you provide contact details and whatever content you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, messages, images or bug reports. Avoid sending documents, passwords or sensitive data unnecessarily.
Support form: we send Formspree your email, report category, message and any optional device and version fields you provide. The service processes submissions and may process technical data, such as IP addresses, for operation and abuse prevention. CRIARFLIX uses this information to respond and investigate issues; reports remain in the service and support mailbox as needed for support. Request deletion through the contact in this policy. The provider may process data abroad under its policy.
3. Why we use data
We use the data needed to provide the website and requested game features, establish multiplayer connections, respond to requests, investigate issues and maintain service security.
Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on providing the requested service, legitimate interests in operation and security subject to individual rights, compliance with legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. Where an activity requires consent, it must be requested specifically; visiting the website is not blanket consent for other purposes.
6. Storage and deletion
Local settings and files remain on your device until removed using system or application tools. Procedures vary by platform; uninstalling may not remove backups or preferences retained by the operating system. Multiplayer session states are used during the connection and do not form a permanent player account.
Multiplayer server logs are overwritten through rotation based on stored volume. Website logs currently have no automatic deletion period measured in days; they may remain until the container is removed or maintenance is performed. We therefore do not promise a fixed deletion period that has not been configured.
Support messages and privacy requests are retained for as long as needed to address them and, where applicable, comply with legal obligations or exercise legal rights. You may request deletion through the stated contact. We will explain any legal reason for retaining data. Information held by external platforms follows their policies.
7. Your rights and how to request them
Under Brazil’s LGPD and as applicable, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data, portability subject to regulation, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may also lodge a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Send your request to ricardo@criarflix.com.br, explaining what you need and providing enough context to locate the data. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity and protect others. Joining WhatsApp is not required. The prototype has no player account to delete; requests concerning technical records and messages remain possible.
8. Children and teenagers
The prototype does not request a birth date or register users’ ages. Participation by children and teenagers must follow age ratings, store conditions and parental or guardian supervision. Processing their data must respect their best interests and applicable legal requirements.
Parents or guardians may use the contact email for questions or requests concerning children’s and teenagers’ data. Joining WhatsApp is subject to that platform’s own age requirements and rules.
9. Security and changes
Operations use infrastructure access controls and separation between the website and game server. No technology eliminates every risk; do not send passwords or sensitive information through the community group.
New features and material changes in processing require this policy to be reviewed and, where applicable, additional notice or specific consent before the new use. The current version will be available on this page with its update date.
