Delete account and data
Ask CRIARFLIX to delete your Shooter Ragdoll account and associated data, even if you have uninstalled the game.
How to request deletion
Email ricardo@criarflix.com.br with the subject ‘Account deletion — Shooter Ragdoll’. The button below opens your email app with a prepared message; you must send it.
Include the Google account email you used to sign in to the game and, if known, your nickname. Preferably send the request from that same address. If you no longer have access, explain this so we can verify ownership another way.
CRIARFLIX will review your request, verify ownership and provide updates and completion information by email. Do not include passwords, authentication codes or documents in your initial message.
Data deleted
Deletion removes the game's authentication identity, profile, nickname, statistics and profile settings, along with voice identifiers, consents, channel memberships and account-related blocks. Sessions are revoked. It does not delete your Google or Apple account or automatically refund purchases.
Data retained and retention periods
Purchase and transaction records, deletion processing records, revoked sessions and records preventing improper account recreation may remain. Reports, moderation decisions and ban records also remain for safety, fraud prevention, review and applicable obligations. Encrypted purchase proofs associated with the account are removed by the deletion flow.
These retained records currently have no automatic purge period configured. Support evaluates retention needs and additional deletion requests and explains which data must remain and why. We do not promise immediate removal or a purge deadline that has not been implemented.
Backups may contain pre-deletion data until their operational rotation. The account backup configuration provides a normal window of approximately six to seven days, dependent on scheduled tasks running; failures require intervention and may extend this window.
If you used voice chat, Unity Vivox processes audio temporarily; the game does not automatically record conversations. The provider documents default retention of up to 30 days for user/device identifiers and truncated IP addresses. Requests concerning provider-held data are also forwarded for handling; game account deletion does not mean instant removal by every service provider.
Confirmation and follow-up
Opening this page or clicking the button does not delete your account. You send the request, which is verified and followed up by email. No fixed completion deadline is currently published; any verification steps, retained data and applicable timelines will be explained during support handling. Completed deletion is permanent and signing in cannot recover the profile.
